While many builders choose to focus on volume or production homebuilding, at Artistry, we specialize in working closely with clients who desire truly custom features and finishes in their homes.

SELECTING the HOMESITE and AREA
Artistry is an expert in helping you select and build on all types of terrain - from a level or "normal" site to those that are described as the most "difficult" due to steep slopes and variable soil conditions. Our team has the proven ability to work within these obstacles. We also pride ourselves in working with the strict zoning and construction regulations in the various central Texas areas. We will help the homeowner optimize both their home and their lot requirements. Artistry has home sites available in several premier areas.

DESIGN PHASE with THREE OPTIONS
After your lot is chosen: We will help you develop a preliminary sketch with an architect. The overall design, square footage and selected amenities will be addressed in this initial phase. The next step will be the computer drawings and ultimately the final plans. Artistry also has a unique library of plans that have been designed with multitudes of custom features in mind. Note: Artistry is sensitive and experienced with persons who require special needs. If you already have plans or an architect of your own, we can work with these too.

ESTABLISHING the BUDGET
With any of the above options, Artistry will quickly provide preliminary pricing and specifications to get an idea on budget goals. Next, we work with you to prioritize your wants and needs to make selection adjustments that stretch dollars and help you get the most for your money. These will serve as a guideline in completing the plans and working within the budget. Confident in offering accurate pricing to each buyer through computerized budgeting, we eliminate the guesswork. Once final plans and engineering are complete, pricing and specifications will be provided to you for the final agreement. Our services are intended to deliver the personal attention you deserve - and yet, you don't pay extra for the Artistry experience.
